Brisbane City Yoga
We are catering to the people that work/study and live in the city, as well as those just visiting. We run classes before work, during lunch and after work. The facilities include separate toilets, lockers, and change rooms.
Our class list includes Power Yoga, Anusara Yoga , Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga (Deep Stretch), Qi Gong Yoga, Relaxation Yoga, Pilates and Core Conditioning. Guided Meditation occurs daily during the lunch break.
Other services we offer include Corporate Yoga (Workplace Yoga), Private Yoga Instruction and Community Events like Music Meditation (Kirtan/Satsang) and the Yoga Aid Challenge.

Anusara
Anusara Yoga is a powerful Hatha Yoga system that blends beautiful spirituality with an elegant biomechanical system.
Hatha Yoga
There are many different flavors of Hatha, sample them all to see which you like. There is also Hot Hatha, where you practice in a heated room.
Power Yoga
A vigorous full body workout conducted in a heated room. Guaranteed to make you sweat and build your Strength, Endurance and Flexibility. Power Yoga is Hot Yoga. The Power Basics class spends more time working on the core sequences, and the Power Lunch is a short and strong 40 minute session.
Qi Gong Yoga
Hatha Yoga Asanas with Qi Gong movements to build and harmonise chi flow. Qi Gong can be described as a form of moving meditation. Gentle yet profound.
Relaxation Yoga
Gentle Hatha Yoga Asana followed by Yoga Nidra meditation.
Yin Yoga (Deep Stretch)
Deeply stretching our muscles, and lengthening our tendons and ligaments helps develop flexibility and lets us fully relax. This is a restorative class that will create maximum flexibility.
