Tribal Blossoms Bellydance
With influences from the Silk Road, Middle East & beyond this dance evokes memories of how groups used to dance – with passion and sharing, captivating while remaining connected as a group.
Troupe Director Dee Thomson delights in sharing her dance space & knowledge to those wishing to undertake this dynamic and community based style defined by a determined vocabulary of movement, with drills to enhance muscle memory – the group or “tribe” learn to share their dance in a safe environment, with consideration given to each person’s skill level.
Tribal Blossoms philosophy remains seated in retaining heritage of moves & respect for our master teachers who devised this artform.
Tribal Workshops and private functions are our specialty – we love to see this art form enjoyed by all & will devise a performance / tuition delivery to suit your individual needs.
We offer ongoing and personalised classes in our Brisbane locations, and private tuition is available upon request.

Tribal Basics Classes are held in two locations in Brisbane, in New Farm and Woolloongabba.

We've been part of professional events & launches - travelling to Northern NSW & beyond, we've joined in at private parties at restaurants, and hosted our own events to a full house...and our network spans some dynamic emerging talent.
KIDS PARTIES
Take the worry out of your next little girls' event and ask Tribal Blossoms to come and entertain you!
Your little girl will be the envy of her friends as we devise a mini-lesson to suit your needs. We’ll start with facial tattoos (non-permanent) to build the tribe's look, then we'll get straight into some dancing....every guest will receive a prize, and best of all you get to relax while the little ones are entertained.
Our Childrens party entertainers are all registered Blue Card Holders and are experienced entertainers, we know how to put those smiles on their faces and keep them there!

HENS NIGHTS & GIRL'S NIGHT IN
OUR GIRL’S NIGHT IN EVENTS START WITH TWO DANCERS ... and you of course!
From here the rest is up to your budget and requirements....often we find our performers are a great highlight to the evening if you invite us for pre-dinner drinks, giving your guest some great conversation topics after we've gone and you're still celebrating.
We'll add to our performance with a mini-lesson giving you and the girls some moves to master and enjoy!
Create a lasting impression - share a henna tattoo with your friends and family, this is for those times that you're wanting a semi-permanent reminder to share....
So plan for some time to relax as our artist works her magic, you'll be still for a little while so why not prepare a feast to graze upon while the henna dries...this is a beautiful experience to enjoy with your loved ones...and get to know each other while you await the final result.
