Pole Fever Fitness Studios have now arrived!

Pole Fever are all about empowering women and their sensuality, making fitness an enjoyable experience for all women no matter what age, size or shape. We offer a number of classes and courses in Pole Dancing; we also offer fitness classes such as Yoga, Mat Pilates and fun dance classes.

Whether you’re joining a pole dancing course, having a private pole dance lesson or coming pole dancing for a hen or birthday pole dancing party, Pole Fever classes have a fun, friendly and professional atmosphere and teach you the art of pole dancing with style and sassy elegance.

Pole dancing tones the body and strips fat. It is a great cardiovascular workout and allows you to use your body in sensual ways that make you feel 'all womanly'. Pole dancing builds strength and lean muscle, improves posture and overall self confidence.

Pole dancing is taught in a purpose built studio environment and not in a bar or club, our studios are for women only. All our instructors are fully trained and have Fitness and Dance qualifications.
