Elancé Adult Ballet School has three studio locations across Melbourne:

Elancé classes offer adults the artistic joys of classical ballet whilst developing elements of grace, flexibility and strength.

Adult Ballet:

Adult ballet is suitable for both beginners and those who enjoyed ballet in earlier years.

Adult ballet is an appropriate activity for a range of body shapes, sizes and varying fitness levels.

Adult ballet complies with true classical technique but stays within physical boundaries appropriate to the non-professional dancer.

Adult ballet provides continuous improvement in classical ballet technique without the pressure of examinations or competitions.

Elancé provides a welcoming, supportive environment where age and gender is no barrier to experience the pleasures and benefits of classical dance.

Who can participate?

Elancé welcomes all adults with the desire to experience the challenges and rewards of classical ballet.

Elancé has students of all ages (over 18) and backgrounds.

If you are not sure if ballet is for you, contact Dianne for a chat about your suitability.

People over the age of 60 or those with chronic medical conditions are required to supply a medical certificate confirming their suitability to participate.
