Belly Dancing

Description Belly Dancing originated in the Middle East. In Europe, it is sometimes called oriental dance and in the USA it is refered to as Middle Eastern Dance.

Belly Dance is wonderful for both mental and phsyical development. Belly Dancing is suitable for all ages and body types and is only as physical as the dancer wants it to be.

Belly Dancing brings all the benefits of physical activity along with a better body image and self esteem, as with all exercise it brings a generally more positive outlook on the world for the participant.

Belly Dance improves flexibility and strength, also teaching the ability to move various muscles or muscle groups independantly. Working with a Veil builds upper body and arm strength.
